Hebe Purple Shamrock is a compact, rounded, evergreen shrub forming a neat mound of long, variegated olive-green and creamy-yellow leaves attractively tinged pink to purple in colder weather. A great choice as a specimen plant, for containers, or for the front of the border. In summer, small lavender flowers appear on the tips of the branches. However, the main contribution of this evergreen shrub is its brightly coloured foliage throughout the year.
- Deep purple stems and new leaf.
- Purple-Blue flowers are produced throughout the summer.
- Small dwarf like not reaching much more than 12 inches in height, slightly more if planted into the ground.
- Can be grown by direct planting, or as a great container subject.
